So yeah, walking at lunch was my main stress release. I started with a mile, now I'm up to 4 on a regular day. Yesterday I went for 8, which is great! But I have a sore achilles and should probably take a breather from the intensive daily walks (I jog/run 1/2 to 3/4 but I'm so not an athlete that I don't want to even call it that). After doing some reading I think I need to take it easy walking and focus more on lifting weights and maybe swim if I'm so inclined.
Anyway, yesterday, on the way back to work I went by the recycling center/junk yard at 12th and Haskell and found this lovely pile of decaying fish heads just begging to be photographed :)
